I have had many customers ask me how RE/MAX.COM works. Most have said " well that is national marketing" all markets are local so how does the customer benefit? Well, the good news is that my customers were right and wrong! They were right in the fact that RE/MAX.COM is a national site. That means that over 95% of all MLS services in the country feed to RE/MAX.COM. They were wrong that it did not translate into local markets. You see, when the consumer searches for homes on RE/MAX.COM ( or any RE/MAX agents personal website) they search by area or zip code. So someone can be searching Cincinnati Ohio in California and find every listing in Cincinnati or Chicago or Boston. You get it!
That makes it very local... It also gets more exposure for your home!
